It's hypothetical - Planning for Life forum will review three hypothetical scenarios about elder abuse and Enduring Powers of Attorney. As each hypothetical unfolds, facilitator Justice Alan Wilson, President Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) will encourage panel members from The Public Trustee, The Adult Guardian and QCAT to provide expert advice designed to inform members of the audience about their own planning for life. |
