The Public Trust Office acts in the capacity of administrator of deceased estates, providing for financial management for people with a disability. It also obtains probate for private executors and auctions motor vehicles and other assets.
The Public Trustee is Peter Carne and is subject to the Honourable Cameron Dick MP, Attorney-General and Minister for Industrial Relations.
The Public Trust Office consists of programs including:

The Public Trust Office services are provided at no cost to government. We are self funded through revenue raised from fees and charges for our services.
