Disclosure Log

The Right to Information Act 2009 (the RTI Act) commenced on 1 July 2009.  Disclosure logs are part of proactive disclosure of information under the RTI Act.  Disclosure Logs are published in accordance with the Ministerial Guidelines for the Operation of Publications Scheme and Disclosure Logs issued in 2013.  The guidelines are published by the Minister under section 78B(1) of the RTI Act and available at the Queensland Government Right to Information website.

A disclosure log for the Public Trustee (Queensland) will be progressively updated to provide details of non-personal information released under the RTI Act.

As of February 2021, no documents released under the RTI Act have been considered as suitable for inclusion in our disclosure log.
