In 2019, Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) started a transformative journey, focused on a renewed commitment to prioritise customer experience and inclusion in decision-making. Subsequently, the Customers First Strategy was launched in 2021 to guide strategic priorities and shape the future direction of service delivery, governance, engagement, and education.

We have now successfully brought our customers to the forefront of our activities, presenting a perfect opportunity to update our name style and colours to better reflect our values and distinguish us as a human-centred public service entity.

Over the coming months, our new name style and colours will be transitioned slowly across all assets and collateral to ensure the process is as cost-effective and sustainable as possible.
