We’ll make available details of any documents released progressively. Some or all of the documents within an application may be:

  • fully released
  • partially released
  • not released as part of the original or disclosure log decision making process.

Removal of information

Under the RTI Act, QPT must delete from any document or information in the disclosure log, including an individual’s name, if the publication:

  • is prevented by law
  • may be defamatory
  • would unreasonably invade a person’s privacy
  • is a confidential communication by a person other than the agency
  • is protected under contract, or
  • would cause substantial harm to an entity.
