Welcome to our booking appointment system
Wills
Our Will-making service is free, statewide and available to all Queenslanders. This means it can take longer to get an appointment with us compared with a private lawyer.
If you would like an earlier appointment than the one you booked, please check our appointment system regularly as we do reschedule cancellations.
If making your Will is an urgent matter, we strongly encourage you to contact a lawyer or solicitor in your local area.
Enduring powers of attorney
Our service helps you make a power of attorney. This means you can give someone you choose and trust the legal authority to make decisions on your behalf, should it be needed.
There are fees for our power of attorney services which can be viewed at fees and charges.
A fantastic, professional service and very grateful that it is offered at no cost to the customer.
