Our full estate administration fees

The cost to administer an estate depends on the complexity of the estate. We charged our services on a fee for service model. This means you pay only for the services required to administer the estate.

Following our initial contact with beneficiaries, we will provide you with a confirmation letter. The letter will outline an estimate of the fee based on our early understanding of the estate.

Once we have confirmed all assets and liabilities, we will provide an updated fee quote. This is usually provided within 3 months of commencing the administration process.

Our team will keep you informed if there are any changes that may affect the quoted fee.

Beneficiaries can ask for a review of the fees in the administration of the estate. Prior to finalising an estate, we review the fees charged to ensure they are reflective of the work carried out.

As well our service fees, there may be outlays from other providers, such as:

  • professional fees of tax agents, valuers and stockbrokers
  • transfer fees for property title or motor vehicle registration
  • filing fees by the Supreme Court
  • transport costs for moving a motor vehicle
  • property expenses including rates, utilities, maintenance and clear out costs.
