Update to our brand
In 2024, we launched our updated style and colours and logo. This was part of our Customers First Strategy and was done to reflect our values and distinguish us as a human-centred public service entity.
You can see our new brand on this website, with the updated logo into the top left corner, and the blue and and green colours shown throughout the site.
Updating our letter templates
The letters we send to our customers use a template system. We have a lot of templates, so updating them all to our new brand will take us some time.
This means you may get sent letters in either the old brand or the new brand. This will depend on what the letter is about.
We wanted to tell you this so you can be reassured that letters in both styles are genuine and have been sent by us.
Examples of genuine letters from us
Old brand
This could be sent by post or email in black and white, or in red and white colours.

Current brand
This could be sent by post in black and white, or by email in blue and green colours.
