Service Improvements and Social Benefits 2023–2024 report

At QPT, we're dedicated to providing state trustee services that safeguard the rights, interests and wishes of Queenslanders.

Some of our key achievements include:

🗸 Providing support to more than 10,550 customers with impaired capacity. 78 per cent of these customers received assistance with reduced fees and charges

🗸 Launched a new website for improved access to information and resources

🗸 Supported 91 customers to participate in our Financial Independence Pathway

🗸 Established a state-wide contact centre for financial management customers, and their support networks, to provide timely response to calls for service — with approximately 75 per cent of enquiries resolved at first point of contact.
