New Customer opening hours

The Public Trustee continues to take bookings and provide valuable services for Queenslanders. 

However, in response to the Novel Coronavirus pandemic, from Tuesday 14 April our offices hours will change to 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. 

This change will support our staff to manage changing demands, while continuing to provide quality services for our customers. 

Contactless services 

We have moved towards providing contactless services where possible. Prior to your appointment, one of our staff members will be in contact to discuss your needs.

Customers can continue to call and email the Public Trustee during 9am-4pm or call us on our toll free number 1800 512 421.
