The Public Trustee is encouraging all Queenslanders to keep an eye out for potential financial abuse. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, seniors are at greater risk of elder abuse due to increased isolation, and some Queensland regions are displaying concerning data as identified by the Elder Abuse Hotline.
